Aim: The program will offer holistic music education that includes instrument technique, music repertoire and musicality. HMWF Academy’s program will provide students with an experience not only in technical musical skills but creativity, self-exploration and expression. Optional ensemble/band playing will offer students the experience of creating music in a group environment which shapes individual performance skills and confidence. For this purpose we use the platform of "The Hyderabad Youth Ensemble" which has been started 4 years back with the help of Jonathan Hewitt. Advanced and talented vocalists are encouraged and offered to join the "Deccan Voices" (conducted by Joe Koster). Through open houses and concerts, the HWMF Academy will create a journey of sharing music among students, faculty and the greater Hyderabad community.
Structure: The HWMF Academy Program will include:
• Weekly individual lessons on  weekends and according to the teachers availability. Venues: Banjara Hills (at Alliance Francaise and at private music studio) and Secunderabad.
• Student concerts every three months
